At Jimoto SATX, we're a small but dedicated team with a big love for Japanese cuisine, right here in Texas. It's our privilege to share and celebrate the beauty of Japanese food, culture, and traditions with others. Our hope is to gently introduce and educate those around us about Japan's rich and varied culinary heritage, bringing a little piece of Kyoto to our community.
